To confirm your reservation, we need a credit card as guarantee to the same reservation with its expiry date and holder name. The credit card data will be kept as guarantee for your reservation and the hotel reserves the right to check with Pre-Authorization the credit card validity  or to charge the first night.

 

Cancellation Policy 

Refundable Reservations: No penalty for cancellations or amendments notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. After this deadline or for no-show at the hotel, will be charged the full amount of the first night. Cancellations or changes must be notified in writing only and not by telephone.

Not Refoundable Reservations: You can not delete or modify your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as “NOT REFUNDABLE” (prepaid non-refundable). In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card at any time after your booking request.
